12 downloads not working

I have a new issue. When I try to download items for a route through CMP in 12, I'm getting red in the download window saying unknown, and it isn't downloading them and they are DLS items. Guess I'm going to import them over from 2010 manually, or redownload them one at a time from the black pages. Now the downloads seem to work. I think the ticket just kicked in, too because the downloads are now lightning fast.

Sometimes the items are on the DLS but the database hasn't been updated. This will cause the item to become red in the selection.

This can also occur if there are out-of-date versions of assets on the DLS versus what your local installation shows.

If an item shows N/A next to an asset's size then it's not available. I've seen this with updated items that haven't quite made it up to the DLS.
