I have visited the website and could not find the splines (cound not find a "downloads" link). Figuring I might need to register to access downloads I did that and received a message saying access instructions would be emailed to me. They never were.

How do I obtain these these fantastic items?

Yes - it's normal. THIS is normal! Have a search for keyword unit_mesh in CCG 2006.

You can stop it happening by removing the Unit_Mesh line from the config.txt file of the asset, but this will stop it using the lower LOD mesh and will result in lower framerates.

It does look good switched off for screenshots though.

Good evening to the planet,

there are some quality water-channels in progress . They will be released with the already forecasted street-system. All water-channels are low poly instances. If someone uses them will never more feel the need of the animated-water, which is a performance killer.
