Screenshots of European Trains

Good evening from a cold and dreary UK.

Nice shots everyone.

@ wujekczarls. You have some nice subdued colours in your shots. Those streetlights fading into the distance look great!

I’m having a bit of a break from UK Surveying and spending more time on my Italian Riviera route. The weather is better!

Here are a couple of shots just outside the coastal town station at Cortello (fictitious).

Cheers

:Y::clap:The European Side of Trainz is really healthy and industrious. Keep going higher and higher.

The Finisterræ side of the European side of Alberte :wave:

Looks good, but is this a real train? It looks a bit funny.
I never have seen such train assembly. Maybe I am at fault.
Can You elucidate it please?

To elucidate the unexplainable? :D For what? IMHO, Trainz is the world's best adult game, where everything is possible. :hehe:

Nothing unusual Jurgen, a very typical set for a medium/long distance regional passenger train. Common in the early 1990s and nowadays.

Regular diesel engine with a mix of 120A type non-compartment coaches, a baggage van (often a postal one as well), sometimes a 1st class carriage of 112A type or a single double-decker from Goerlitz. A 4-coach set in the middle was very popular.

You can see a very similar train right here, 13.01.2011,

Though the 120A coaches are both at front.

A common thing especially in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s,

Attaching a single double-decker in the set is nothing unusual, peak hour service with additional passenger space.
