low download speed?

why is the download speed so slow i am not downloading anything in the background is there no setting for this

Same problem today (yes, I have an FCT) and my Internet connection is normal, except in TRS22 (yes, it is excluded from AV scan, etc.).

I bought the game on steam, I don't know how the first class ticket is and what it means.

Click on MyTrainz at the top of this page. Select My First Class Tickets. If you have any first-class tickets make sure one is activated to get faster speeds.

I don't have a ticket, I can't afford to buy it because the exchange rate is very high in our country.
