Gold Membership

I purchased a gold membership and added a few things from the content vault. However the DLC is not showing up in my Trainz Content to download. I have checked the help desk and it says it may take 5 minutes to show, however its been over an hour now.

Is this a known problem with memberships? or is there something else i need to do
 
If you had Standard, Gold will now give you "platinum" and "plus." Check your start panel for "Store" and if so click "purchased" at top right corner. Installs may return "error" but ignore that. It's a known bug. I recommend downloading one item at a time then go in game and use "Installed" option (at top) when viewing Routes.
