Pennsylvania Berwind crossings not flashing

So I notice that when approaching a crossing in the Pennsylvania and Berwind route, traffic stops, but the flashers don’t activate. To the best of my experience, the crossings from Jointedrail have this problem, while others don’t. For instance, crossings by bnsf50 seem to work fine.

This has to do with how they're configured.

I think, I can't remember offhand now, the route uses the TR-type crossings. Vincent recently updated them which requires the assets be replaced manually through out the route.
