You know how on these TV crime shows, they have a slideable screen, that they can stretch, zoom in or out ... lay overlays upon an existing window ... make the overlays more, or less, transparent, so the underlay shows through the main window ... All we have is Basemaps which can be overlayed on a Trainz baseboard
It would be nice if MS Paint, Free Irfanview, or Google Earth was able to be dimmed, or made on a slide-able scale, + or - transparent, so it overlayed on top of the Trainz baseboard
I just hate having to switch back and forth from Trainz, to Goggle Earth, or a topo map ... is there any program that can superimpose images on the (windowed) Trainz PC window, and make one image slideable transparent ?
What is your PC, Windows, "What If" dream of ?
