cant get content manager to access mytrainz/planet auran account

ok so i had to do a database repair on my laptop and when i loaded up content manager i had to log back in
i logged back in but it wont let me download stuff from the dls
im logged in to mytrainz
and im logged in to the download station
but it wont allow it
i even have the right serial number put it and it wont let me
please help me because i just lost a locomotive i just finished reskinning
