Check my thread in the payware section called Mosaic. I reckon the program should be released within the next few weeks, it's undergoing final beta testing now, but it's all the accompanying documentation that's taking time as well.

Wow, what an awesome project. I really hope you get the time to complete it.

Even without textures, buildings and the like, i'm impressed!

Your trackwork looks pretty darn crisp, and given the scale and complexity of such, that can't be an easy task.

Edit: I shudder to think what the AI would do on route this complex
