World of Trainz Errors

So I purchased an ES44AC, got it today, tried to install it in 2004, 2006, and 2009 but it keeps telling me serial number not found and I have the latest version of gatekeeper because last month I purchased a C44-9W from the site and everything was okay because I got the same error, shut the computer down and it worked. This time, not so lucky, and I tried to install gate keeper, but it said installation destination not valid. Can someone help me? Thank you.

I just tried wot forums and I got on just fine

hello to all of you:

just a bit of info after reading your post I went to wot site and see if I got on forums not only I got into forums and look around I also went to the downloads page went through all the engines listed and also its ok. funny( not funny ha ha but funny as strange) I just did look around the wot web site yesturday looked in all the engines that I wanted and then went to the forums and read some also no problems with me I had no issues with it.
