Trainz Simulator 2 iPad - asset install issue

We are able to purchase / download assets. However, when we select install it freezes on ‘installing’. This is occurring on old assets and new assets purchased.

This is happening on multiple iPads. I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling the application. I have tried a different iPad with the same Apple ID and trains account - I can’t really try other accounts because I lose all the assets i have purchased.

Any ideas?
 
This was happening on my son's iPad too. I found out it was the iPad did not had enough storage available. I believe he had 0.92GB and the download was 1.1GB
