Wire Frame View in Suveyor

Since I Downloaded Service Pack 2 Build 87422 the Wire Frame view in Surveyor has stopped working. If I select the function, all I get is a blue background and no frame. Has anyone else got this problem? All my Station signs, signal Box names and factory Names now have a bright white background to them. I believe this has been reported. I would report the Wire Frame Fault but I don't Know the procedure.
