wheres my thread gone?

hi, i got a reply notification for a thread i had started about an ext hard drive problem i had, i clicked on the link to get to a screen which in formed me i did not have permission to access the thread, also the thread cannot be found through the search function, i am logged in.

can anybody please tell me where this thread has gone?

no sign when I search on your name. At one time there was a black hole between pages then posts re-appeared. Otherwise has it been deleted by a moderator for some reason?

if any moderators delete any threads i would have thought they would make contact to explain why, the thread had run its course i think, but dont know any reason why it would be deleted,

i did know about the black hole between pages, but a search usually found it

Moderators usually delete threads for this common reason: it's off-topic for that forum section. This thread is off-topic for this forum section, so it'll either be moved or deleted. That thread had nothing to do at all with Surveyor, Driver, or Railyard, which this forum section is for. Most likely was it was moved to the Support forums, which new users often cannot see. This problem has been around for a long time, and I expirenced this problem. Try a message to helpdesk, where you tell Auran your problems with this forum, although many users don't get a reply for days, or even weeks, so beware. If you're lucky you'll have no more trouble within 2 days. A sign you have no more problems is when you can see the Support forums, and some things "new" to your User Control Panel.

For the record, the one in the first link is removed as yes it is also off topic. The other conversations listed are more on topic as they are still on the subject of TRS performance.
