Where is it?

I ordered preordered Trainz2009 WBE (DVD version) on November 23rd. When I check the order status, it just says "pending" so apparently it hasn't even shipped yet. Any idea when we might be getting it?

Where abouts in the world are you? The Aussies received theirs last week. Europe were all sent last week and have started arriving, and the North American boxes arrived into US customs on Dec 15 where they normally sit for two days but this time sat there all week. We expect them to start shipping Dec 22/23.

I am in the good ol' USA, Illinois. Hoping to see it soon. I guess our good ol' customs are the hold-up.
