Where has the download gone

Hi All,
A small problem for somebody to answer If it is answered many thanks.
When downloading from content manager e.g. "scrap" Kuid 404575100094.First part has question mark beside download,second part downloads O>K>..In the installed part of CM the "Scrap" is there
but when in Surveyor cannot it anywhere..How do you bring "Scrap" into Surveyor..Please thank all persons for past help

Instead of downloading kuid:404575:100094 the ContentManager is downloading kuid2:404575:100094:1, which is an updated version of the asset (there is no first or second part). 'Scrap' is a product and not a scenery object.
