What's in a name?

Rumour3 is the model name of the hang glider, made by Solar Wings, that I own and used to fly in the 1990s. It's still sitting in my garage but I haven't done anything remotely as exciting for about 10 years. I used to be towed into the air behind a microlight in Norfolk and I keep thinking that Trainz needs a hang glider model to float in the skies above my route...:)

G'day,

I have a Zeppelin floating above mine:Y:.

Have a good one,
E.C.

for me it's my first name ( James ) and the first letter of my last name (F) and I'm guessing but I think Auran added the aa be cause there were too many JamesF in the system.

Snowhill, because Auran wanted a user name.. Way back in the late 40's and early 50's I was a train spotter on the platform at Snow Hill station in Birmingham and chose that because I couldn't think of another name at the time that wasn't already in use.

Because "Dave Snow" is my name (yes, my last name is "Snow" and I've heard all the jokes). Although "David" is what I prefer, and my given first name, try to get people to say "David" when they prefer "Dave" because it's easier to say. People are basically lazy I suppose.

Cheers,

DAVID

(yes, my last name is "Snow" and I've heard all the jokes).

Welcome to the club...

Joshua Snow is my name, heard all the jokes, everyone I know has make a joke at one point in time or another. I guess you learn to live with it...

Now to my username!
-Conrail45
Conrail, I was young and very interested in the waning days of Conrail, hence the name.
-45
because I was uncreative and just "Conrail" wouldn't do.

Josh

I am known by different usernames.
This name as I have here is my original username. On some websites and on uCoz ones I known as RACE (I picked this username because under it I won many races when playing NFS Most Wanted at my 9-10 years old of age). On some other websites incluiding some Russian kids clubs I known as E-3605. This username originates from the Russian E subway car number 3605, because it is the last E type car in Moscow. Now I join under the logins scanten71402, scn71402 (SCN means Save Common Newbies or short from SCaNten, 71-402 is the Russian tram series, Scanten is my last name alias used for signature for drawing manga), most frequently I add -san - a Japanese name suffix. Other names are kawaiisoft_race, kawaiisoft_scn71402, kawaiisoft_silence etc. (KawaiiSoft was my project of a club for young (6-16 years old) Japan and manga lovers and simply who want to contact with Japanese elementary/middle schoolboys, it was cancelled by the American moderators as a junk, unlawful and unprofittable project, but it actually was non-profit).

Here is the story behind mine-

When I went to the IRM (Illinois Railway museum), I bought a Amtrak T-shirt which had a picture of an Amtrak genesis Loco. The number on the loco was- 71- so I used that for my username on the Train Sim.com forums(along with the "amtrak"). When I came over here I didn't want to use the same nickname so I used -72 -.

Amtrak71- Train Sim.com
Amtrak72- Trainz Discussion.com

I still have that shirt, and I still like it!

Ahhh! Brings back memories:)

If I ever have a youtube account i'll be sure to use this as my username- Amtrak71/2

My Steam nickname: Pissed off Scotsman. This is refering to the Demoman, who is scottish and gets drunk and also can be pissed off. Never take the Demoman's booze away, or he will be at you with the eyelander.

My Trainz Discussion forums, chat and Minecraft username: Steamdemon. Why a name like that? Well, my definition for Steamdemon is a) someone who loves steam trains and particularly fast steam trains, and b) a type of demon with funnels for horns. How do they make steam come out of their funnel-horns? Easy, by eating molten lava, then drinking something that is water like. The result is steam coming out through their funnel-horns. :hehe:

hmm

SPORBUST...... many have asked if it was spore bust some kind of alergen or fungus lol or some kind of alien name. Its realy simple

Southern Pacific Or Bust! Long live the SP .....:) guess I could change it to UPORBUST now hehe

To remind me not to...

Ready, FIRE!, Aim (eXpletive)

When I get bitten by (or is that smitten with?) something new, I tend to do a little too much "do first, plan later".

If you're wondering where I got the OFP857 for my YouTube account, please read.

I wanted Captainkman, but it was already taken, so I added the 6 characters as they are the characters on Herbie's numberplate.

I read that it means: Our First Production, August (8) 1957. (57)

(0\(53)/0) = Herbie
(0\_!_/0) = VW Bug

Mine is related to the fact that I like (and collect) GP7s and that I was born in 1992. In fact, I have three MTH Geeps (2 GP7s and 1 GP9)
