what boges fit a gp38-2

Not quite sure there, however you could substitute from another loco from the same creator unless it's the attachment point that are different. Is this about the JR BN GP38-2, weathered version?

I'm alright, thanks for asking. Usually if you have a couple different engines from the same creator (using the RRMods SD40-2 as example) they should fit without any trouble. Try downloading the RRMods GP38-2, though those might be faulty in newer versions of Trainz.

SD40 is a bad example, the SD series had 3 axle trucks. There may have been variations, but best I recall all the EMD "geep" series from the GP7 all the way up to the GP60 used Blomberg type B, so I would start by using "blomberg" for the keyword search.

Yup, quick search shows the same trucks were also used on the F series;

Ok I did it again I wasn't clear enough. Sorry.
So I can use Blomberg type B on all my GP7s to GP60s and Fs
as long as the attachment points line up.
Is a EMD 2 axle bogy different than a Blomberg type B
Well that's info I can use.
I'm saving this info to my tips and tricks note pad...sort of a running log.

Mmmm, no, what I see is that all EMD 2 axle bogeys are Blomberg type B or type M, and the type M was apparently a type B with some minor changes that only rivet counters would care about. Built in;

GP9 trucks,<kuid:38304:50100>
f7_bogey,<kuid:-1:0>

Either of those would work for a GP38, a more detailed one;

Blomberg B Bogey Black,<kuid2:60238:50028:1>
Blomberg B Bogey Weathered Black,<kuid2:60238:50027:1>

would probably look better. About 4000 polys, might or might not be a performance hit depending on how many geeps are used in a session.
