Hi guys. I'm having a real issue accessing my favourite web pages at the moment. For some reason every now and again I get the following error and the page fails to load:
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
I'm using a fixed line broadband connection and have tried resetting winsock through CMD. Also I have tried re-installing the TCP/IP 6 properties manually but it always shows the following error:
Basically is this a hardware error on my part or is this something I should be contacting my hopeless ISP about? Some sites (ie. Google) are fine but almost all forums are sporadic at best.
Any solutions or things I may have over-looked?
