Waiting for FTP Download

Hi, I just purchased the Digital Download of TRS 2009. How long does it usually take until one can download the files from the FTP Server? I have been waiting at least half an hour already - still no sign of my download. What FTP path will the files reside in ? :'(

You will get an email with instructions and serial number. Check your inbox and spam or junk folders. It should be there.
