I'm trying to find a dependency for Ben Neal's N&W class J. I've tried searching using the content manager and I even googled the kuid, but no luck. it is

<kuid:228862:219>

G'day, I have N&W Class J 606<kuid:96914:6060> & N&W Class J 600<kuid2:96914:6050:2> and heither show that kuid, check in the config file and you may find thet kuid is only in the kuid table and if so you can remove it just remember to restore the numerical sequence of the table....0,1,2,3,etc.

How did you do it??????????????????????

I looked at the cfg file and the missing kuid was the hornsound. I aliased it to a different hornsound and it works great.

How did you do that? I tryed changing the hornsound but it still says missing depedencys and in the missing dependencys show file it says kuid 228862:214:confused:

SEND BACK ANSWER AS FAST AS YOU ARE ABLE TO GET IT TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see that you are new here on the forums and I'm going to give you a little advice to make your experience here enriching.

First, stop yelling at us. Those caps are totally out of place on this forum and it will ususally result in no response or at the very least, some sort of condemnation.

Second, have a little patience. This a forum for trainz lovers that do have a life other than Trainz and they're not just sitting around waiting for you to ask a question so that they can give you an immediate response. Have a little patience and someone that knows the answer to your question will respond if they happen to see this thread and your post (and you haven't turned them off with your yelling).

In the meantime, just enjoy.

Mike

Can anyone respond to me if I send this measage? Anyway, I downloaded the hornsound and the engine and put the hornsound in the the kuid placement of the old one. And then I even reloaded the game and went back on Trainz just to see that it is still a faulty. Any help here if anyone one is still around.

You do realize this thread is really old.

Anyway, to answer your question. Make sure you not only replace the kuid for the horn sound, but you also update the same kuid located in the [kuid-table] section. The upper part is for reference while the bottom in the table is what the program reads.
