Everything i try to download from the DLS on Trs2009 is coming up as unknown content error. Please can someone advise me on how to fix this problem as everything on the DLS does not have unknown content error.
What exactly are you trying to download, and what exactly is the error message? - I don't think I'm familiar with "unknown content" errors, but it may be something familiar under another name...
Have you checked filter 'open for edit' that the assets have all been committed?
Do you mean that the assets are appearing with a question mark?
Have the items disappeared from filter location 'download station' and now appear in location 'unknown'?
Have you recently done an extended repair database? If so then exit CM2 and reload. The problem is that it has not checked the DLS daily and weekly dump index. It should recover from this progressively after reloading.
However, I have had some problems when the assets are from an external website rather than DLS. Generally it needs a re-import of those assets to re-instate them.
