Union Pacific Screenshots Thread

Hert, really like the ski area:Y: .

Four more GP15's are shipped to my UP yard...TODAY!

None of these units are equipped with remote systems, making them perfect not only for yard service, but for running locals too!:D .

These four NEW GP15's come in four different UP paint schemes, and in various degrees of weathered conditions, from fairly newly painted to dirty and rusty from years of hard service(Those that follow this thread know my Favorites are the engines that show lots of wear & tear:udrool: ) .

First shot shows the units arriving at the yard, four shots after it shows each of the four NEW units...

Side Note: pay special attention to the trucks, Joe has spent an ungodly amount of time detailing just the trucks alone, STUPENDOUS JOB JOE!!!:Y:

Hert Just Wondering Whats is the of your route going to be

The route is called Kingsly Valley totally fictional. Kingsly Valley is in the middle then it branches off to the North is Glacier Peak-Ski Town/Resort (Pictured above). To the West is Antioc Harbor. To the South is the airport, industries and a worker town named Justopolis. And to the East is suburbia and beyond that Megaopolis City. It was an early route I did that needs to be overhauled which I am doing now.

Cheers,

:p :D Thanks Steve

I am making ficional route called Lion's Pass is there any tips how I can make it look real???
Jimbiglion, my best advise, be choosy on the content you put in the route, look at the real world around you and try and duplicate it. Its all the small details that will make your route look more realistic...thats my thoughts anyways;) .

Hert, really like how your routes coming along, liked the info/story with it too!:D

Dave, Great job on the reskin! :Y:

I agree, they are lovely models. If I could be bothered buying payware models, those would probably make the list of items early.

Moving on though, what are the names for those lights that you have scattered around your yard?

Cheers

Timo, In surveyor the lights you mentioned are called: S: Streetlight #16 , I am sorry, I have no idea where they came from:confused: , though the S in front of it makes me suspect they are from the Sherman Hill route, but not sure:confused: .

Mick & Hert:wave: , Thanks guys!:)

Hert, Nice shot, those E units were really a great addition to Trainz:D .

A shot from my route, a pair of GP15's leaving the yard with a local...

Hert, Nice shot!:D , is that from your route?

Great price for that engine too!;)

Yes and no. Its not from my Kingsly Valley route. ct_krogen gave me his partially completed route which was mostly industries and tracks. He gave me the green light to work on it so I am adding scenery and stuff to it. Which is the stuff you see in the screenshot.

So TS2009- ct_krogen West Yard route.
TS2010- Kingsly Valley route.
