BALCO Locomotive works

Nice shot, where are they arriving from?

Oh EMD, ALCO, Baldwin, and anl's paint shop. The RS-3's are on the DLS, the F-7's are on TPR. The SD-7 has one area left to find and paint and it should be on the DLS. It's the top of one of the blisters and I can't find it to hit it with gray, when that's done it will be on the DLS. The SW-9 I have to wait for approval from another after trainz locomotive maker before I can release it.
