The Union pacific had RS-1. They came from the Spokane international RR, that ran from Spokane up to the Canadian border and interchanged with Canadian Pacific. In the 50's the UP bought the SI but it wasn't officially merged with the UP until the 80's. Until the line was officially merged with the UP there RS-1 were painted UP colors But were still lettered Spokane International. No, the UP didnt have any RS1's, but the Union RR had them, painted in UP colors.

Most people are delighted, and I'm sad. And why? I can't find the ARN Icon.Hert, Nice job on the RS1, I like the lettering, but the yellow seems a touch to florescent.
