Running on the Sherman Hill route was a nice break from working on my own route, but since early this morning I was back to work on My route.

I put in a yard & engine service facility, took all day to do...NOT finished with it yet, but I'm far enough along to post some progress shots...

does anyone think 88mph is too fast for a big boy

gtasa, In real life, the Big Boy topped out at 80mph;) , better watch out, those drivers will come apart:hehe: .

Andrew & Hert, THANKS GUYS!:)

Hert, Running under the airport is a Great Idea:D , is that how it is where you are, or did you come up with that yourself? I see your running freight, will there be passenger service for those at the airport? , or is it just a straight through shot for freight?

It was my Idea to run it under the Airport, The default Airport Industry has sort of a weird setup. And yes it services passenger, goods, and fuel. Heres some screenshots to show how the setup is.
First is the back view:

Next is the Front View: (Sorry the bridge and landing area kinda obstructs it)

Finally is the side view from the Passenger station perspective:

Hert, Thats an Awesome Idea!:D , I never would have thought to run the rails under the airport. I Like your city too, real time consuming to make cities, Looks Great!

So how far are you on this route? , your posting in the UP thread, Obviously its a UP route, I'm guessing modern day.

Actually its a freelanced City route so any RR can go on it. I just love Amtrak and UP so that's what I have been running on it. If you download all buildings with 2d in there name then Type it into the search filter in Surveyor. You get all those city buildings i have been using so setting up a city is fast, easy, and because of the vast selection of tall, large, size of buildings you can get the cool city look and also all the buildings have night mode so it looks even cooler at night:
