Tutorial on how to make a route in trainz 2006

Hello to all,
I am new to this and i have some question's about making a new route in the surveyor section of the game.I have read the book and i still don't understand about getting started in coming up with a new route that i have done myself.I want to be able to create my own railroad and do the tracks and also have buildings and lakes and just one big city that i can do switching in and also be able to run commodities from one place to another so if someone could tell me if there is a tutorial that i can use i would be greatly appreciated.

There some blank routes on DLS that you can follow intell as well or get ideas off. anything you need feel free to ask.

About the only thing I am practiced at is tracklaying ... choice of track, curves, gradients, turnouts, metric heights & grading topography.

I would be happy to lend a hand to anyone with TRS2006 routes.

Something cool is another person sending a route CDP ... and the other person making corrections to it ... and sending the corrected CDP back to the original route builder.
