Track Reskin Tutorial

Hello content creators and prototypical route makers. I am looking to reskin the ballast for a Build 4.6 or newer track. One with wood and one with concrete sleepers. How is this done? Is there a tutorial on this? I do have familiarity with blender and gimp.

The rails are separate from the ballast and ties. You can reskin these components as you wish. I've done this to create rusty, sandy procedural track by co-opting some textures from someone else and using that for the ballast. This gave me some old rusty track that created the switch points and frogs.
