TUME’s Simulation of “The Milwaukee Road”

I don't mean to be rude Tume but, I think you need to loop some of your hornsounds like the S3 and Little Joe's.

Just stfu already, if I were tume I would never release the S3 just because you idiots wont stop bothering him about it.
I would really prefer letting this thread go off the front page until it is bumped with some legitimate posts by the creator.

Haven't looked here in a while.
The Othello pics look nice.
The track has a real old feel to it.
Seasonal changes on the homes were impressive.
I am curious what lighting settings you have in Trainz, it looks like default lighting.

two thumbs up.....:Y:

Sorry to get off topic, but I know four of the Milwaukee Road's S-3 class 4-8-4's were converted to burn oil instead of coal so they could be used out on the western division on the non electrified gap. Which four where they?

I know the 261 is a coal burning loco

there are 4 S3 locos

#262, 263, 267, and 269

So 265 is the prissy sister that sits around getting pampered all day while 261 is the working girl?:hehe: :hehe: :o

okay, anyway, what i meant by that was Jimbiglion said there were only four S3s, and none of them were 261 or 265. I'm just wondering where he got that and why would they leave out those two engines?

maybe I'm making sense?

we all kinda know about the 261...For the record, the idiot who jacked up the rent on her is dead to me. what we're saying is, you left out 261 and 265, the engine at the IRM. and from what i can remember, its 261-269, though i think there was a 260 as well. (the whole S3 class, though someone correct me on that)

Yes the National Railroad Museam In green Bay was very dissappointing scince it took 8 FREAKING HOURS to get to and form trying to keep one of my faveorite steam engins from working, and one thing to point out I think they used 265 for parts for 261 and the only part on the 265 that looks good is the front.

Yea I think at some point IRM traded parts to 261. Overall, I think 265 is actually in fairly good shape, its been sitting around for quite a long time, not being used, so I'll be the boiler is in pretty sound shape

Thanks for the information. I already knew the 261 was one of the six coal burners since I live in Minnesota and have even ridden behind the locomotive once. I was asking because I was thinking of giving the idea of making an HO scale model of the 261 and the rest of the Milwaukee Road S-3 4-8-4's to Bachmann Trains with only one version.A painted, Unlettered version with decals of the numbers for the entire class of engines and 2 decal sets of both heralds used on the Milwaukee Road with a coal load and oil bunker insert for the tender to model a specific engine.

Message for tume

I don't mean to be a gimmepig, but.... all I know is that your content will be in TS2010+ but are you still going to upload your content to the DLS and/or your seperate TUME webpage for TRS2004 and up??

I tried to send you a PM regarding this message SEVERAL times, but it would'nt go through.

Also, I apologize for the excessive amount of questions, its just because that I'm always curious.

.......sorry for getting off topic.

thanks,
kwt96

I'm just wondering.....

Whenever I post something in any thread, does the thread immediately go dead???

It's just beacause, it's been almost a day since I posted the question above and no reply yet.

Also I checked alot of threads that i've posted in and I think they seem to go dead.

Is it because people think I'm a gimmepig??? Because like I said above I'm not being a gimmepig, I'm just always curious.

....sorry for getting off topic again...I was just noticing.

thanks,
kwt96
