If you are referring to the automatic updates then this is not an unusual problem. It is also a non-critical issue. I have found that it is best to ignore them and they will eventually be located, downloaded and installed by the automatic updater.
I do not know what the cause of the problem is but there have been two of these "phantom" updates on my system for the last few months now. Manually searching the DLS did not locate them either so I just left them - one was finally located, downloaded and installed last week by the automatic updater. Perhaps the other will also be found before too long.
