TRZ2010 WILL NOT ACCEPT MY CD CODE!!!

Trainz2010 will seriously not accept my CD code. I've tried everything possible. I've tried every formation of capital-non capitals in existence and I tried that JFC001 thing at the beginning with and wihtout dashes and NOTHING I DO WILL WORK!!!!! HELPn plz

Use the Helpdesk link along the top to submit a ticket. It may take a while to get a new one but hang in there.

Often the following can cause errors:

the number 1 for the letter I

the letter O for the number zero 0

As RRSignal says above.... contact the helpdesk.

I had a similar problem and it was all down to sub standard RAM. When I exchanged the RAM for top of the range OCZ RAM the fault disappeared.
