TRS19 keys and mouse buttons

As you might have seen in my Set-Driver-Condition-Rule, I've tried to make
Driver possible using the mouse only.

Tried to reassign some keys in System menu->Settings->Control Settings
but the following came to attention:
-the default assignment has like 6 red (means they are double used) 1, 2 AltC F B S
ofc. some are in driver other in Surveyor,
but should not show red if used in 2 different parts of the game

-There are special keys for Russian loco's?
--why only for Russian?
--why was it not translated? (my russian is limited to nasdrovje)
--the Russian text is too long and overlaps the text: Primary

-I have no idea how to assign mouse buttons in that interface, is it even possible?

I ended up installing X-mouse button control
and assigned the middle mouse button click to the key "]"
works good when driving and when you use internal-camera
a single click moves to the next cameralist view

I could not find in the script code, how to change cameralist views when in cabin-mode
so thats why workaround 3598 :-)

Hi G.M.
At the current time the control settings menu will display red any time there is a potential conflicting key assignment. Not all may actually conflict (ie different menus, or different modes), but in most cases the system can't reliably detect this (especially for custom controlsets, which are still the same asset types as the default ones) so we currently feel it is better to err on the side of caution in regards to showing conflicts.

In the case of the Russian control setting section, this will be a custom controlset asset being provided by a creator, likely as part of a DLC pack or as a dependency of an installed locomotive. This allows them to specify custom controls for their locomotives, including custom key bindings. Handy for those creating their own locomotives with scripted additional controls.

In regards to assigning mouse buttons, there's currently no support for assigning specific mouse buttons to the keyboard control settings. However if your mouse has it's own software you can often assign specific keyboard bindings to various mouse buttons; depending on the software you could possibly specify those buttons as 'CTRL + Key' or 'ALT + Key' or similar, so as to avoid conflicts with other bindings.

It must be remembered that with custom controlset assets, the user will need to specify their key binding, only builtin controlset assets will automatically show default key bindings.
