When I start TO it tells me there is an error, I have duplicate kuids which may stop it from working and then proceeds to show me. The kuid is: Kuid -1 101475 Gen_sd which I believe is the auran generic interior. I can get a list of custom content using this kuid but when I try to get a built in list, it tells me 'out of bounds'. Please help as to what might be happening, if there is a problem and if it needs fixing, how to fix it!

When it shows you the duplicate kuid list, right click and delete the one which is in your Downloads folder....

Sorry, I have no advice for you, but a similar observation.
I guess you have Vista. This error started in my case when changing from XP to Vista. When I click after the "duplicate kuid" message it starts checking again and - in my case -tells me "No duplicate kuids found". I asked for help in another thread but could get no advice.
I hope you will have more luck.
