Trainz Update Announcement (SP6)

Örneğin, Trainz 22 SP5'i yükledim:

Satın almadığım Trains 22 Plus'ı indirme komutunu girdiğimde şu hata ile indirme reddediliyor:

Steam'in şu anda söylediği şey bu

What might happen regarding picklists? thanks.
I assume that the picklists will be deleted.
The second way is not to delete all files and folders, but to move it to any other folder.
And if you are not satisfied with the result, then delete all files and folders again and return the old ones.

I'm downloading the game now, then I'll download the SP5 version from the link you gave me.

I'm downloading the game now, then I'll download the SP5 version from the link you gave me.
First of all, the SP6 version must be installed in the standard way.
Then disable the update as described here: https://forums.auran.com/threads/trainz-update-announcement-sp6.181861/page-4#post-2061485
Close the Steam client completely after that.
Then go to the Steam library where SP6 is installed and delete the contents of Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 folder.
Then copy all the downloaded SP5 files via the console to the Steam Library folder where the SP6 files have been deleted.

I'm seeing a loss of FPS with this update, but in case it helps someone, using Lossless Scaling (cheap frame generation app off of steam) gives me a smooth 60 FPS.

Sadly, none of my 86' auto boxcars work anymore - faulty, but can't figure out exactly why.

I have outdated hardware (GeForce GTX 1060, Intel i5 6600) and I don't experience such problems.
And always after changing game version, completely clear the game of caches and other leftovers from the other version.
Try to do this, maybe it will help: https://forums.auran.com/threads/trainz-update-announcement-sp6.181861/post-2061349

Thank you, brother, I did all of that step-by-step as how you described. Sadly, it did not help. Moreover, just in case I created a clean build with literally 1 route and 1 session, and the same scene still performs poorly. So it can't be a cache problem in this case.

My system only has an i9-12900K and RTX3080. I also have 64 GB of RAM.
Whatever they did, they broke something. I do know they're working on a new built-in LOD, or that's what I am interpreting what I read in the newsletter. If that's what it is, that doesn't even follow their own LOD rules they set for content creators.

Here's another one:

On larger stations the loading is just unbearable. Again, SP5 ran perfectly. This is only an issue with SP6. Nothing helps, not clearing cache, not installing a fresh build, not lowering (or upping actually) settings. Nothing.

I don't even know how to submit a bug report on this, because it's not like I can send the whole routes to the devs (I'm not a route author). It's obviously not a Route specific issue either, so sending a Route to N3V won't help. I'm sure they are well aware of this, the question is whether this will be addressed at all, since it's been a few days and nobody responded.

I downloaded the SP5 version and browsed the game files from Steam. I made the folder Trainz Plus2 and downloaded it from the Steam archive and made it the new Trainz Plus. The game opened without any freezing or lag.

Thank you very much for your interest and help. Thanks to you, I am happy. I bought a computer to play this game.

I set automatic updates to nightly.

I bought the one-month version and will buy the one-year version next month.

To submit a bug report, you fill this form out here:
https://n3vgames.typeform.com/to/xRdryu?typeform-source=forums.auran.com

Fill out as much detail as you can. There's plenty of space to do so on the form.

Within the form is a section to attach a route if the cdp file is small. I think the size is 10 MB max. If it's a large route, paste in a link from a file host such as Google Drive one OneDrive. If you do upload a route, be sure to include your dependencies not found on the DLS or are DLC. You can also use the link to upload videos, and there's a place to attach images.

Once the bug report is submitted, you'll receive an immediate email stating that it's been received. After a few days, you should receive a response email from the QA Team.

The QA Team will, almost guaranteed to, ask questions and for more details due.

After the update, the current on the traction motors does not increase on the CHS2T and CHS2 electric locomotives from RSK at high controller positions. Who asked Auran to make this update? Everything used to work fine. Something always breaks during updates.
