If you got money to burn you could buy a new gaming rig and reinstall on that with a fresh Windows. Or, you could reinstall Windows and Trainz 22 on your existing computer and see if that works. The 22 service packs did break things, though but one of them fixed the white flickering trees I think SP5. If you mess with Trainz data files you can screw it up.
