Trainz railroad simulator 2006 Question

Went through google, the manual, and everything. I can't find a way to turn the damn train around as in change directions. I right click on the train, a menu pops up but Change Heading/direction is not there. I need this for the mission "collier commute active"

There a command on the DLS that will change the direction of the loco.
There is the change direction at the top of the command list. Some times

Can't you just run it backwards? Or run around it?
