Trainz Keeps Freezing

Hey Guys,
So I'm currently working on a 3ft narrow gauge model railroad I have done a lot of work thus far including terrain altering, track layout, etc without any issues. However, now whenever I try to alter the terrain in any way the game just straight up freezes so I therefore have to close the program losing all my unsaved work along with it. This has been going on a roughly a week now and have lost a far few hours work due to me having to close the game down and restart, just wondering if anyone else is having or has had similar issues and how go about fixes it.
kindest regards, Railsimulator09

Trainz 22 Build No. 126280 I use to be able to alter the terrain without any issues up until a couple of weeks ago and have no idea as to why its doing this now. What I find odd is I can use the set terrain under track just fine but when it comes to terrain alteration no chance.
P.S. apologies for the late reply work life.

Work life is no excuse for not replying! Trainz is your life and never mind those other things. ;-)

Sometimes an Extended Database Repair, or EDR will fix things like that. On the Launcher, click the developer menu and then press CTRL at the same time as selecting Rebuild database.

The process will take a bit longer than the regular DBR, but this is a more thorough file check.
After the EDR, go into Content Manager and view faulty assets. Usually after an EDR, there are false positives. Select the faulty assets, right-click, and choose View Errors and Warnings.

This will reset the database flag and clear the errors. You'll have to exit from Content Manager and return to refresh the database view. Once you do that, go back and look at faulty assets. At this point, there should be none and if there are right-click on those to view the errors. These assets will have to be replaced or repaired.

Put a blanket over it.

Good luck on this. I hate it when things freeze.
