Trainz+ Content Manager frequent lock-ups

In Trainz+ Content Manager, I am getting frequent lock-ups when installing a CDP file or running an EDBR. When this happens, I get the spinning circle in both the Content Manager window and the Installing Content window. Task Manager for the TRS22 process shows very little CPU activity and zero disk activity. The only way out is to do an End Task. I have done both the DBR and EDBR. Still getting this issue. I have the folder for Trainz+ excluded from being scanned by my AV software.

This just started happening a couple of days ago.

Thoughts on how to resolve appreciated.

Got it figured out - an obsolete library asset was open for edit and was causing the problem with installing CDP's as each of the ones I was installing (boxcars) used this same library.

I don'tknow about Trainz+, but in earlier versions, I haven't found Trainz usable during an EDBR or even a DBR. It tends to hit the disk activity and sometimes the CPU very heavily with all the database activity and it isn't worth trying to do other things while they are running.
