Where and when did you purchase your copy of Trainz? What version is it patched too? Download or DVD?
You say you won't register as Trainz no longer works, but you joined the forums way back in April 09 and have no copy of Trainz registered at all!

It really doesn't take much to get all the help you can handle from here, just register a version, for Pete's sake! (And when I say "Pete", I mean Shane!)

It may well be - as I've always said though, some of the advice I give requires the game to be registered (patching etc)

Doesnt crash anymore! But the patching is taking soo long for some reason.

Patching can take quite a while. The last patch I did took almost two hours.

The patching will take a very long time! DO NOT cancel otherwise you'll end up in a mess and have to start all over again with a fresh install.

Patching times of 5+ hours are not unheard of, as it depends quite a bit on how much installed content there is.

Are you using the autopatcher (clicking Yes when launching Trainz), or a manual (.exe) patch)
