Trainz won't start!

Hi,
i'm new!

I bought Trainz 2012 and today i had my CDs. I installed the game but it won't work! I paste the log file:

To be able to advise further, can you answer the following questions:

Are you receiving any error messages?
What is your graphics card? (If you are stuck with this one, I have a utility that can help - the PC Information Application. Details are at http://forums.auran.com/trainz/entry.php?140-Tutorial-How-to-use-my-PC-Information-Application.

I have a GeForce GT-120, 1GB memory.
And Windows 7 Home Premium.

The first time i can start the Launcher, but i can't play the game (black window) and i can't launch the Content Manager. It seems i have some problems into my database, but the installation is clean, i removed and reinstalled the game.

I have these errors:

First off, click here to download the latest release of DirectX 9.0c, the version of DirectX required by Trainz. Next, restart your computer. When you return to your desktop, launch Trainz and go to "Options". In the "Planet Auran" tab, insert the username and password you used to purchase Trainz and post in the forum.

Thanks guys,
now it works!!! The problem was the Firewall. Most of Trainz files were blocked. I noticed this when it tried to connect to PlanetAuran.

As an aside, make sure you are running build 49922. If you are not, the required patches can be found on my tutorial site at http://trainz.shaneturner.co.uk/tutorials/index.php/patch-links-for-ts2009-ts2010-ts12/ts12. To work out which patch(es) you will need, use the 5-digit number at the bottom right of the Launcher screen.
