Traincar properties/products

When I go to the Trains tab in Surveyor, click on the "?", select a train car, the "Properties" window opens up as it should but when I click on the "+" to add another product, my "Products" window is always empty. I cannot add any additional products/loads to the train car. Where are my products and how do I correct this?

This is usually because you have downloaded a faulty asset, however, not all appear faulty in CM.

Did you by chance download the rebar? This one is definitely a bad one which causes other commodities to not load or disappear.

Thanks guys. Not really sure if this was the problem but I just deleted something called "Express Product" and now my Products list loads properly.
