Train simulator Central-invalid username

Ok so i got my rewards redeem code,now trainsimulator central is saying invalid username,my user name has a full stop at the end,it will not let me proceed


Username is invalid! Only letters, digits and '_-' values are accepted.

You will need to contact Helpdesk to get that sorted, as usernames with anything other than letters, numbers, and _ marks are likely to be problematic.

I'd re post in the kickstarter forum. More chance of someone in the office seeing it and helping out.

Thanks guys,Ive raised tickets with helpdesk the problem lies with the link I had of NV3,I know I have never made an account with trainsimulatorcentral,it say you can use your Auran login details,
I did but the username wont accept,so i cannot proceed to checkout.
