Toton Traction Depot

Hi People,
I've been away from trainz for awhile,But now returned.

Now someone years ago was going to attempt to make the Toton Traction Depot in Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire,But i can't remember who it was or if it was even started.
Any help with any information would be grateful.
