Tipple Won't Load Properly When Backed Into?

If I drive into a tipple with the engine leading/pulling the consist the cars load properly. However, I the engine is in the back of the consist pushing a car is skipped and coal is dumped on the engine. Is there an option or rule to allow bi-directional loading of consists?

I have tried three different tipples.

I've had that issue before and I solved it by having the train stop first at a track mark just before the tipple then proceed at 5 mph. This seems 'reset' everything and things proceed normal after that.

Can't find a magic setup with trackmark. I may try to reverse a train if loading in the "wrong direction".
