You can see the logs comming in and being chipped. I will need to modify Maddy25 coal unloader into a wood chips unloader and her coal staker into woodchips stackers to complete my intergrated mill. I will see if I can get it all done today and post my progress. I'll even teach you guys how to covert Maddys stacker assets into any kind of unloader you want. ie I've already buildt a cloned Limestone stacker for the empire mine along with Iron ore stackers for this route.

I have a PM to Maddy25 on these assets

As you can see her origional Coal asset coal unloader, first go at woodchip unloader, texture sucks, Limestone unloder, Iron Unloader. I have a PM over to her on uploading these assets...if anybody knows how to get ahold of her I'd like to release these assets to the DLS.
 
Mill site Layout

You can see it's in an area where there was rail on this site before. There are a few water treatment ponds off to the left, a river and it's in the middle of the woods in northwoods lake country.

Over where the woodchip unloader is...

I'll have the pulpmill which can take in woodchips, or logs and process the pulp for paper manufacture, one big ole grinder building, and seperate receiving tracks for logs or chips..... pulp sent over to the papermill already completed....kinda beta....for processing

I you look at the pictures...I have a chemical track and a place to set off empties...so that this yard doesn't get "clogged up"....in the prior pictures you see light blue heading back off to the left. Over there will be a tracks for empties, and finished product.
 
If you have the time you should go to Russia.

I mean it.... this guys has some of the coolest stuff in trainz....I basically downloaded everything he had created last fall.

What I did...

was expanded the receiving yard, and it's just for pulp logs that get feed into the chipper shredder. The chips trains can come right through and unload and get back to the lumer mills. Who wants a bunch of chip cars sitting around, take them back to the Lumber Mills...Just in time inventory.

will be able to come right through. Making different types of paper involves different tree species. We will assume that all chips meet the Mills basic requirements like flour. An the receiving yard...logs...they are the different ingrediants(sp) to make another type of paper. Grocery bag...or newspaper etal..batch job. The mill can select the types of plup logs it needs for a batch. The center area then is for employees, freight trucks and, a road in and out.

True waste water...

in this case leaves the pulp mill...and gos out to the holding ponds. Where it can be treated and tested prior to being discharged into the river, or reused.

The pulpmill looks great. I was going to use the pulpmill that you used as a prototype in my route but wanted to spruce it up a bit. Can you post some more pics of yours to give me some ideas what to do?

Here are some of the best tanks I've seen, and look like most tanks that I have seen...so to me they are real.
