Steam buy TRS12 is only 3 DLC

I prefer the use of steam because of the ease of management download

Unfortunately, the majority of Trainz DLC content is not currently available on Steam. This may be for a reason, or it may be due to a delay at either N3V's end or Valve's end.

The problem you've got is that most addons are not available on the Steam service, and it is difficult to get an addon purchased from Simulator Central to work on a version from Steam. If you purchase an addon pack from Steam for a Steam version, it works fine.
