The task start 12 hours later?

Hello

I have some problems with my tasks by PTP. When I start a task at 9:00 am, it is 21:00 pm!

I have no idea, what the problem is. My installation was successful!

Have you some ideas, why i can delete my problem?

AMD Sempron 3300+
2,2 ghz
1,25 Gb
Graficcard: Nvidea Geforce 6200
