Thanks for the info. Looked under trs2006 and I sure couldn't find it, even searching my "railyard". It might be under "aussi" and if I search it I might find it there. Right?

Will put my patience suit back on for stage 3.:D

Jack

Hi

I saw your request and I am just racing to meet some deadlines at work and will come back when I have a chance to rack my memory and see if I can point you in the right direction ... they are all on the download station but I can't remember all their names off the top of my head.

cheers
Michael

Ok sorry, I dindn't mean to interrupt you from your laborous work..sorry again.

Download station search under

"New Zealand Rail DC class"

Download station search under

"DA loco"

(note that this is a 42" gauge)

Download station search under

"PRR-E6"

and

"PRRH9-Consoldation"

(make sure that you grab all of the other bits and pieces that go with it)

Download station search under

"SP GP20"

hope that helps

That is fantastic. Some of the most realistic scenery thats been created. How long did it take you to make the line and everything that goes with it?? And are you making another line.

(one thing I don't really like is the track, but everything makes up for it:D)

cheers, Daniel

Hi Danial

Thank you for your encouraging comments.
The Murchison Stage 2 line took about 3500hrs work and "yes" construction is underway on the Stage 3 line but it will be awhile away yet as I have to work it around my other work committments

one thing I don't really like is the track

I looked at a number of tracks and in the end this was my choice for the following reasons.

1: The old rugged look of the sleepers and general track fitted with what I was trying to model beautifully (I agree that rail is not so nice)
2: Very low poly. Murchison is a high poly layout and the use of this track helped to offset the other content.

3: As a final release I intend to look at updating the track. By then the general computers used should have caught up with the higher polys

cheers
Michael
