Could have been but I don't think Her Maj and Prince Phillip would have been happy sat in a 2nd class TSO with a British Rail ham sandwich and a tin of warm beer each!

You have to remember that New Zealand is the home of #8 wire and gumboots. They might prefer 2nd class Ham sammies and warm beer to sharing the back of a tractor with a Hobbit!!

The Murchison 2 layout is superb, wonderful mountainous terrain.
