That advertisement at the top of the page

I'm not one to normally talk down things N3V does. But being a graphic designer this has been getting on my nerves every time I load up the forums.

The advertisement I've put here in the thread as well is very painful on the eyes. Especially the Pink-Green-White; as it seems to vibrate off the screen. Could something be done to make this more appealing on the eyes?

But it doesn't. It's been there for a week or two now (and I put it here in the thread) & I still don't know what it says 'cause whenever I see it I see the Green & White box that says "And" and look away.

If you run Firefox, get the 'Ad Block Plus' add-in. You can clear off anything you don't like and never see it. I didn't even know there WAS an ad because I blocked the frame it was in.

I use Firefox at home, but my place of work only allows IE, so I do get to see the ads on occasion.
