Team Request: Any North American Enthusiasts Wanted!

seeing that last message made me think sporbusts BNSF C44-9w would really look great on the chilli sub with some double stacks:D

(lol its my computer backround)

I have decided to try to upload a site again hosting genuine TRS04, TRS06, and TC content. What I need the most is reskinners, route builders, loco/rolling stock creators, scripters, and BETA testers. I plan on having a forum on the site so I'll need some cool mods so the place doesn't go out of hand. If you are interested in working with a team to build great addons for Trainz, post here and tell me what you specialize in.

Is it possible for somebody to make either the CSX Toledo sub, or NS Cincinnati sub? Basiclly some route out of Cincinnati?

K

I have created the odd bit of north american stuff but you having checking out my back ground would know all this anyway would you not, you have asked other people round the fourms about me, chatting to people in the #trainz mirc group - downloaded some of my routes and content off the DLS and checking my download numbers. You would have download some of my locomotive reskins and checked them with photos of the real thing and looked into what other groups that I am a memeber of.

You are checking out people really well who you are letting into your group and not just letting anybody who comes along and says hay I can do that join up.

I have found that groups like this normally pick the people thay want to join with them first and invited them on board to get the talent and skills they need, but each to there own

Hey butter, pehaps you could do the CN Oakville Sub? I'm either gonna do the CN Dubuque Sub or the CN Waterloo Sub. To my knowldege the Dubuque Sub runs from Waterloo to Dubuque and the Waterloo Sub runs from Waterloo to Fort Dodge. Both the lines are in Iowa. Butter, if you are interested, I'll be glad to have you on my team!

Edit: PM me if you wish to join the team, butter. Sorry about posting this. I cannot find out how to delete posts.

New Site Update

Heres the Scoop on Whats goin on with my fan site in the making:

Roster:
quakers1-Site Admin,Route Builder
butter-Route Builder
bearcat245-GMAX Creator

I'm looking for two or three more route builders, a few more GMAX Creators, A few reskinners, a few BETA testers, and a couple of scripters.

There are a few locos I really wanna see on the site. So you GMAX creators look for a PM to see what I'd like to be done. But still do your own ideas! I'd love to see them!

how long are the 2?

On CSX its from Cincinnati (southwestern Ohio) to toledo. Hmm, about 200 or so miles in lenght.(roughly)

On NS its from Cincinnati to Fort Wayne or Indianapolis , maybe 200-300 miles. (roughly)

Ofcourse if thats too long, then shorter versions of these routes would probably stop earlier.

Instead of creating a new site, why not join another site? There's many groups that need members. Try checking Southeastern Trainz or RRMods I know both are recruiting. We are just about to get our first release out at www.southeasterntrainz.com and have a great lineup coming!

I am wanting to bring a new site to the table unlike no other. I plan on hosting US and Canadian locos, rolling stock, and routes. Plus I plan on hostin units that are only used by the CN! My route will be the CNR Dundas Sub or the CPR Heron Bay Sub.

Gee, thanks for the offer quakers1, but honestly I have no real talent.
I cant build routes, reskin, or beta test. I know its bad, I would join if I had any talents though. Thanks anyway.

WORD TO THE WISE (and to everyone else just because):

NEVER LISTEN TO FLAMERAIL ON MATTERS LIKE THIS!

That being said, while I can't do crap ALL for route/train building, I am currently in the middle of a Javascript course in college and I would be happy to help you with your site.

I might be a route builder, but my computer with trainz is down right now so i wont put my name down yet.....

I'll see if i can find any good screen shot of my work though...
(i have a few basic shots of my chilli sub on my thread Chillicothe Sub anyone?, but its a long way from finnished)

I have cought interest in CN railroading in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The CN Springhill sub semms pretty cool. The CN Sussex Sub from Moncton to Saint John seems like a nice route to do. North American Trainz(My Upcoming Site) might do some stuff unique to the CN or unique to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The two locos I want to see the most on the site are the CN Widecab EMD units (GP38-2W,GP40-2W,SD40-2W), and the Bombardier HR-616. Some of these might show up on the site. If you want to join my site's team, just PM me!
